Free Delivery for EU and European Orders

We charge €29 for 'by-the-metre' order to the EU and Europe (including Norway and Switzerland) but free delivery for orders over €99 total value.

However, due to higher shipment costs, for orders to Malta or Turkey the delivery charge is €99 with free delivery for orders of €250 or more.

VAT and Import Duty on EU orders

We guarantee that you will pay no VAT, import duty, or customs charges on an order from us.

Tariff charges are zero as agreed un the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA).

All our 'by-the-metre' orders are sent on a 'seller pays all fees' service. Therefore we pay the VAT, as well as any customs administration charge which may be levied at the point of arrival into the EU.
