Most of our fabrics can be supplied in either non flame retardant or flame retardant versions.

Many of our flame retardant fabrics are not treated with chemicals, but instead rely on the use of non-burning yarns. All our wools are inherently flame retardant, as are the fabrics made using Trevira CS, which is an inherently flame retardant polyester yarn.

We can supply fabrics for every standard of flame retardancy -including BS5852 (domestic FR) Crib 5 (contract upholstery) and BS5768 (contract curtains).
