£44.00 per metreA design of pinks, roses and acanthus leaves created by William Morris in 1881 for the Blue Room at St James' Palace - the home of Kings and Queen's of England for over 300 years. This design was also used for the Drawing room at Stanmore Hall in 1888. Registered August 1881. Initially woven as a jacquard by J.O Nicholson, later hand-woven at Merton Abbey. Now printed in vintage colours on a high quality linen cotton fabric. Please note that the vintage look of this fabric has colour variations. This fabric is suitable for curtains, furnishings and light-use upholstery. The design is also available as a hard wearing chenille, sublimation printed, for regular use light-use upholstery.
